MRICS / CIQS PQS · Founder & Principal

Nicholas's background is in construction cost management, procurement, contracts, and risk review. Through Bowlexis, that experience is applied to residential renovation decisions to help clients identify pricing, scope, contract, and payment risks before construction begins.

MRICS — Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) — Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS).
Commercial and Residential construction background, including large-scale infrastructure projects.

Alexis Contreras

Co-Founder

Alexis Contreras has a background in litigation, contracts, and business operations, with experience supporting complex matters involving risk, documentation, and dispute resolution. Her work has provided firsthand exposure to the consequences of inadequate planning, unclear obligations, and unmanaged risk.
